Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has opened a new data center in Toronto to support customer demand for a high-performance, enterprise-grade cloud in Canada. The second-generation cloud region addresses and resolves some persistent performance and security concerns that in the past have kept many Canadian organizations from moving to the cloud altogether, said Kyle York, VP of product strategy, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, in a blog post
