- Responsible for the business development & maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities
- To assist the growth of the clients’ business through ensuring continuous investment in company’s products, solutions and services.
- Assuring that the relationship with the client is developed in a way that enables the business growth for both the clients’ and company.
- The responsibility includes Sales and Support for assigned accounts.
- Provides sales quotations / proposals.
- Assures that proposed solutions for the client are in line with the clients’ needs, and provide the resource requirement projection.
- Defining the delivery strategies, together with the delivery & support department for the assigned account.
- Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, scheduling appointments, tender participation and after sales service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Analytics, IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience is a must in government project related to Solution Software and Hardware Sales
- Familiar with Government agencies is an added advantage
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player who is highly motivated and works well within a fast pace environment
- Own transport vehicle required
- Self -motivated with the ability to work independently
